ets my car has been dieing and the ets light wont go off,will my car die if the ets r bad?

now that the ets light wont go off,my car will die,will that have anything to do with ets?

ETS shouldn't affect the vehicle running. You will need to take this to a dealership, you may have a problem with the torque convertor solenoid, for example, which would affect ETS as well as cause the engine to die if driven over 35mph and then slowed down.

The ETS has nothing to do with the running, and its hard to say what could be wrong without looking at it
