Power Seats Not Working

I bought the car as it and it's run's but I can't
figure out why the power seats not
working?  There way to close dash.  Could it
be a fuze or relay?

Check fuse,s,then check power connector under seat ,to make sure it is plugged in.If no fuse,s blowed and connector is hooked up,may be bad switch or seat motor.

My 89 buick park avenue passenger side seat is stuck in the layed back position...the controls for the front and back work fine...and it rises up and down just fine..but the control to lift the back of the seat wont work...i heard there is a way to fix this with a battery charger hooked up to that specific motor that isnt working to adjust the back of seat back into position...can someone tell me how to troubleshoot this....
