will a 97 blazer 4x4 trany and motor go into a 03 zr2

swapping a 1997 blazer into a 2003 Zr2

The electronics in the trans arnt compatable with the 03 computer. One may have a smog pump vs the other but just use the 03 belt drive. The motor should he fine but keep the old motor around to rob sensors off of till its done.
