my 1995 mit.p/up with 14" 6lug wheel, can I get a mit. 6lug 15" used wheel to replace the 14" wheels on it? or does the dodge d50 p/up have a 15" wheel that will work?

Okay, we cannot recommend straying from the manufacturer's spec, but measure the first place to start rubbing, then abandon the idea please.
