1999 S80 T6 CEL flashing when load bearing. Just had coil replaced last year. Still need O2 sensor warmer replaced. Mechanic can't see any other reason the CEL is blinking. Help!

1999 S80 T6 CEL flashing when load bearing.  Just had coil replaced last
year.  Just had a tune up today.  Still need O2 sensor warmer replaced, but
that's not in the cards at the moment.  Mechanic can't see any other reason
the CEL is blinking.  Help!
