How do I fix this problem

When I start the car the rpms jump up and down it
has even stalled out once anyone know what/how
to fix it???

I'm assume the Engine light is also on? Scan for the OBDii trouble codes to find your problem. I would suspect a vacuum leak.

Scan for codes. A common issue with these cars is the electronic throttle body, which produces these symptoms. Is your ETS light on?
