Only works on 2 highest settings and fan makes weird noise.

If like Saab, can clean or replace brushes. Bought used replacement. Both made humming noise. Not necessarily on higher settings. Saabcentral forum guide to brush cleanin

Wierd as in a bearing going. To much friction the lowest setting may not have enough juice to get it going.
