Bitter cold or cold weather--starts right up. If the weather is warm or if I have run the car for a while, park it even for a couple of hours, then try to start it again, it gives me fits.

I have an 89 Volvo 240. I have no reverse lights or turn signal . I replaced the fuse turn key over it keeps blowing . I've also noticed a burning smell and now 1 of my lights is melted . Please help! 2 Answers

This is for a friend. He asked me. And I have not got a clue here. It may be two separate problems but I do not know anything on Volvos. Do you happen to have any wisdom that may help?
