I HAVE RX7 BUT THERE IS NO FUEL IS GOING IN THE ENGINE SO CAR
CAN NOT START IS THIS THE SIGN THAT ENGINE NEED TO BE REBULIT
OR IT CAN BE A TECNICAL MECHNICAL FAULT

Check the fuel system, such as the pump, filter, fuel lines, regulator and hoses. It could be also electrical in nature. Have a decent mechanic look it over for you. Has the vehicle been sitting?
