i have a 1998 cavalier that will not start, has no spark, no ignition,engine will not turn over

Blown fuse on inside drivers side fuse. Probably red 10 amp. In the first.3 closer to the seat. Top of 3 red ones. One by itself & this one on top of the two red. Top one. Also might run dash lights also !! Darrell !!!
