clumping or thumping when you are driving and service engine light on steady
What would cause a clumping or thumping, almost like skipping, but not really and the service engine light appeared and stayed on?
Go to your local chain parts store that will check your codes for free to get an idea where to start looking.
Autozone is always the most willing and courteous that I've come across if they are in your area. They will read you OBDII trouble code with a hand scanner for free and let you know where to start.
