A dog ran in front of my car tonight and I hit it. I went to turn to check on the dog and my 99 cabrio stalled when backing into traffic and then wouldn't start. It turns over fine but acts like its not getting gas? Is their a fuel switch or something

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

A dog ran in front of my car tonight and I hit it. I went to turn around and my 99 cabrio stalled when
backing into traffic and then wouldn't start. It turns over fine but acts like its not getting gas? Is their a
fuel switch or something or any idea why it won't start? Had to pay a tow truck to bring me home.

Yes you could have tripped your fuel pump inertia switch. Was it a large dog?
