Well I own a 75 Celica st and it's in damn near perfect condition with minimal surface rust on the front panels. I have had many offers on the car reaching as high as 5000 it only has 70k original miles. Really desire to restore but broke :*(

Sell it and take the 5k. High retail is around $ 3,375.00

Yeah, I would recommend that you sell it and put the 5K into something that you can manage.
