w211 2005 E500 Starts but only runs for 5 mins

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

W211 runs for only 5 mins then shuts off. I can hear the f/pump, have checked
relay and fuse. Do you think it may be the crank sensor turning everything off.

I went ahead and changed the crankcase sensor and it fixed the engine cutting out and turned off the engine light. Home fix after not panicing and swating up on the internet.
