My 2001 Merceds-Benz E320 won't start after i left they key in the ignition with the radio on. Lights, and radio are still working. I got a boost and that didn't help. Any suggestions?

Battery may be to low to get a quick jump. Try getting another jump but this time keep the vehicle running that is doing the jumping and let cables stay on for a few minutes before trying to start vehicle so that it can charge the battery.

Thanks. We tried that about an hour ago and it still won't start. My key remote isn't working anymore. Any other suggestions?

Try removing battery terminals and clean because if it's not taking a jump may be dirty not letting it take a charge.
