Have an 04 clk500. Getting generic diagnostic code P104, mass airflow circuit intermittent. Replaced the MAF and still hesitating and getting code. Have cleaned the plug and inspected wiring harness

maf is reading at the low limit of normal range and cel is on with code indicating maf problem. Will spraying it with maf cleaner help remove light?
