Why is my raer passenger tire kicked outward?

My rear pasnger tire when in drive whats to kick
out wads away from the car but stays starte in
reverse what control arm might i want to replace?

It might be one of the control arm bushings and or the shock, shock mount and or spring. Get the car in the air safety so you can inspect it throughly.
