Check online at www.Chiltons.com, it should be located on the transmission itself. If I remember correctly, it is operated by the reverse gear or the internal shifter "rods" striking the "button" on the end of the switch. Check to make sure it is the switch by using a fused jumper or test light, to jump the switch and see if the lights come on. Don't forget to check the bulbs and sockets for rust and complete connections as well.
