04 Ram 2500 Cummins codes

My 04 Ram is showing codes P0016, P0193, P0657, P0341. Engine will stall
upon start-up, and acceleration for a split second. Runs fine on fwy, but will stall
at stoplight. Replaced Cam/Crank position sensors to no avail.. Cummins shop
hasn't been much help.. Truck is there now, they said my engine may need
overhaul, but I'm thinking B.S. because I drove it in with NO obvious engine
problems, and drove it the day before over 100 miles with no problems.. No
excessive oil burning, weird noises or smoke. They now say it wont start.. They
also wanted to charge extra $250 for coolant replacement BEFORE they said
engine may be shot! 105k on Cummins, owned since new with all proper
maintnence records.. What to do now?? I currently owe $850 for their new
sensors which didn't fix anything, AND can't drive it away!! HELP PLEASE!

Update on Cummins shop. Manager told me they had borrowed an expensive Dodge scan machine, and they will try to give me a specific diagnoses. They will NOT charge me for all the previous hours (10+) in trying to figure out problem. All I owe is for new oil and filters, I greatly appreciate this! They will hopefully come up with an answer later today as to what is the real issue, and we'll go from there.

Update #2, Cummins found and fixed problem! Seems it was a wiring issue to a different sensor (that wasn't giving any codes) and sending false info to ECU, thus causing all the other codes... Running fine now!!
