If there is a fuel filter between the fuel rail and the fuel pump, change it out. Take the vacuum line off of the fuel regulator to see if there is any gas in the line. If there is gas, then the fuel regulator is bad. Otherwise it may be the fuel pump.

Fuel tank. Fuel line Fuel filter Fuel pipe too fuel rail. Fairly simple. Check where pressure is, sounds blocked, restricted fuel filter.

Check the fuel tank breather isn't blocked, also, fuel tank filler cap....is the rubber flat seal okay, as fuel empys, air needs too go back in the tank. If breathers blocked, restriction of flow or non fuel flow can happen. Remove gas tank filler cap....then try starting , see if it stays running now.
