Couldn't find out exactly where the spark plugs were located but I did find a site that tells you how to replace them. Hopefully if you follow the steps you would be able to located them. http://wiki.answers.com/Q/Replacing_spark_plugs_on_a_2000_Chevy_Venture_Van. Best of luck. Sorry I couldn't be more help.
