Is it possible to install a flame thrower exaust on a fuel injected motor ?

I have just purchased a flame thrower kit for my 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 and was wondering how hard it is to hook up on a fuel injected motor. I am also installing 4" exaust stacks behind the cab hoping it puts on a good show. Please let me know how hard the flame thrower kit might be.
p.s. I have been a diesel mechanic for 30 years so any directions or tips you can give me I am sure I will understand.
