I have a 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie 5.9L. I am
looking for more power for towing and I was wondering if
it is possible to have installed a 5.7L Hemi Engine in my
truck?

Possible yes. Advisable no. Better to buy a truck with the engine you want.
