I have a 2002 Dodge Ram with a blown 4.7 , i can get a 1998 5.9 truck complete .Is it possible to put that 5.9 into my 2002.

Yes, but you would have to change the trany, computer and wiring harness to run the engine and transmission. If the transmission is the same as what is in your truck then thats fine, if the plugins are the same.
