98 dodge 1500 stalls

Asked by GuruPC3DM Jan 19, 2020 at 09:09 PM about the 1998 Dodge RAM 1500 ST Quad Cab 4WD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

The truck will stall while driving,  once in awhile.  If I hit the
bottom of the fuel tank, it'll start. The tank is clean and
there is lots of fuel pressure.  I was told that there's
something inside the ignition switch that may be the
cause. But I cant remember what it was. If I turn the
ignition over 4 or 5 times, that helps getting it running
again. Any ideas?
