Changed the motor in my truck and it won't start now.

I changed the motor in my truck a 5.2l and I hooked
the wiring harness up and it won't roll over or
nothing I took the starter and got it tested it is a
good start the fuse box was clicking where the
starter relay fuse is I put a new fuse in and it's still
doing the same thing.

well the first thing I would ask was it new or old Motor? if your getting clicking in the fuse box I would guess the motor might be frozen up, and it is trying to draw all the power it can to turn over ,you might try to get a socket to put on your crank pulley, see if you can turn the motor with the socket and Ratchet, if you can turn it that is a good thing, if not then there is 2 or 3 ways to free it up, I will wait to see if you need to know how to free it, make sure key is off before trying to turn it over :)

See if you are getting voltage at the starter when you try to start the engine.

It was an older motor and yeah I've already done that the motor is freed up but I put a test light on the start wire and it won't light the light up but if you touch the wires on the 4wd drive shaft they will spark

ok, did you check the Voltage in the Bat, it should be when it is charged 12.6 volts full and has to be 10 volts to start your car? but it will show sparks even when it is to low to crank
