1996 Dodge 1500 /318 auto wont start

I have this 1996 dodge 1500 318 auto it wont start... no check engine light.. it tries to hit but will not start... I did
manage to get it to run by giving it full throttle it ran at idle for a half hour just fine. When to drop it in gear and it
died... now it wont start at all.. fuel pressure is 45psi... ?? O2 sensor? Or something else....

What would cause a full rich condition? This seems to be the issue......
