Shaking and losing power when i go up hills

Help!!! My truck started shaking, even
shakes when idling, loses power when going
up a hill, just put a gas treatment in it, no
better

Check for check engine codes, check fuel filter, fuel pressure

Check MAP sensor located in the intake snorkel. It's what measures the amount of air entering the throttle body. If it reads air flow incorrectly it will flood or starve the engine of fuel. From a dead stop it will hesitate and stumble then finally go. Hope this helps.
