Not turning over

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I'm trying to figure out why my truck isn't turning over. I
crank it and I'm getting fuel in the throttle body but it's also
backfiring. I'm getting good spark and fresh fuel, I have
replaced the camshaft positioning sensor (fault code) but
with no codes it's still not turning over, what could my
problem be?

You need a compression tester and it goes in each spark plug hole at a time to check each cylinders compression in psi. And crankshaft sensor can be tested with an ohm meter. YouTube both tests and you can find good tutorials

Have you also checked the cam sensor wiring harness for a 5 volt reference and ground?
