2001 chevy s10 wont start

The alt. Starter and batt. Are all good but
when i try to start it it just makes a grinding
or whistling sound i dont know what it could
be please help somebody my cell is 256 980

Check your starter relay, but if your starter is grinding it needs shimmed or it's bad.

Just seeing you have a similar issue I am only a 15 year old but trust me on this I replaced the could the distributor button and cap the spark plugs and the coil and battery the thing that made it start was scanning it and replacing the crank sensor
