By your feet, black plastic kick panel drops down and its somewhere above the pedals. I replaced my wife's in her 01 Sunfire 2 yrs ago. Lay the seat all the way back and sit upside down in it, its still uncomfortable but its not as bad as hanging half way out the vehicle.
