Question type: Maintenance & Repair

So I have a 1999 chevy s-10 2.2 extended cab. 2wd
When ever my truck gets warmed up about 20 min
of driving, I come to a complete stop and when I
start to push on the gas it starts rolling then here's
kinds hard like it's a transmission issue. And
sometimes shifts hard. Not sure if I need to
replace the transmission or what? Has anyone had
that problem ? About 155,000 miles on it....
