truck starts and than immediately dies.  I have replaced the fuel pump, fuel
relay and fuel filter.  What could be the problem?

I might guess at the TPS failing in range, can you get a scanner or DVOM to test, a little knowledge would be good however you can find service manuals at your local library testing is pretty straightforward and there is a specification that needs to be met.
