Extremely hot window motors

Extremely hot power windows motors They
are after

The passenger window only. The battery dies over night. Is it normal for the window motors to be extremely hot? I have the negative cable off since yesterday go to see if it reset the computer. I did this last week and it cranked for a week and stopped a few days a go .jump starts right up but runs battery back down over night.
