Pull the - batt cable if you're worried , is the whole lock tumbler loose or worn ?
I disconnected the battery terminal and the key switch tumbler from the connector and the ignition still stays on after reconnecting the battery terminals.
2005 Ford F150 5.4 Triton Engine. Ignition is on without the key.
