2005 Ford F-150 won’t start.

Asked by Edward Oct 11, 2018 at 04:33 PM about the 2005 Ford F-150 Lariat SuperCab LB 4WD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

2005 Ford F-150 won’t start. Clicks at
the starter when key is turned.

1 Answer

Bad connection or dead battery are going to be my top guess. Try charging or jumping from another vehicle. Clicking indicates a connection good enough for relays but the draw of a starter may be to much for the connection or battery.
