I have a 2005 F150 and when I apply the brakes the front end has a severe vibration.I have changed the brake pads,rotors , ball joints,bushings and stabelizer rods and it still vibrates...please help!!!

You better get it looked at, it sounds like you need a road test with a tech, an inspection of the parts, the tires, and the front steering and suspension, verify the rear brakes are working properly as well.

Yeah, no problem, it's a judgement by feel, sight, and measurements taken. micrometers, runout gauges and dial indicator checks. inspect for looseness and feel where you feel it and at what speed under how much pedal effort.

You want to know your rear brakes are effective, your calipers are in good repair, your tires are round, at the right pressure, and you arent heating up the front brakes. A proper road test for a problem child system can take a patient steady while after inspection before it starts to give you its worst. Ford rotors would be cast in a different foundry than parts store ones. ( experience tells me)

It can only be front suspension or front brakes, no time in history has the rear brakes caused vibrations in the front end!
