Sounds like the battery is low on charge. May have ben from bad battery connections, or the charging system is not working to keep the battery charged, should also have the battery checked if it is an older battery.

Hey thanks, the charging system and battery all check good and will turn over the engine as long as you want...It runs great but when you switch it off it will turn over fine but not start unless you disconnect the battery and reconnect it...its as though something resets to allow it to run until you switch it off again the you have to repeat the process for it to start again?

Check your relays for your fuel system the clicking may have is a bad relay that it's getting stuck and pawn your system down and to disconnect the battery then reset it self or one of the solenoids
