I'm wanting to take a 351w from a 94 f250
and put in a 99 f150, 4x4 short bed.
Will the transmission swap and what kind of
problems am I gonna have not using the
computer?

This is far from a bolt in job. I doubt it will fit the transmission and if you ever get it running and driving it will be illegal to drive on the road.
