About: 1990 Ford F-150 2 Dr XLT Lariat Extended Cab SB
stalling in low RPMS

Truck has a 302 sb 5.0L engine. Whenever i have it in low rpms, the engine just dies. no warning, just dies. it cranks back up just fine, but within a few seconds it just dies again. Recently it had the Intake Manifold gasket replaced, and im thinking this could have something to do with the issue. it never did that before the repair.  Got any ideas?

check all ur vachum lines to make sure u didn;t mix them with an egr line, check the maf sensor to make sure that it's sending the proper fuel signal to teh computer, teh problem could b the injectors not giving enough fuel at a low airflow

yeah, mine does that too when I first start it up, it revs itself a bit when it gets close to killing over, and after I rev it once, it's fine. but mine only does that right after you start it, and after I rev once, it purrs pretty good
