Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Car shut off and lights are flickering
and car won't start. Changed one of
the ignition fuses that were blown.
Car won't shift the transmission is
locked. Had rear end replaced a year
ago. Is it the Theft system causing
this? Do I need a new computer? Why
is this happening???
