How do I repair the blower motor in a 2006 Ford Econoline E250?

The blower stopped working. I have a new blower and need suggestions on how to repair it.

It should be the same from the F250 to the E250 as they have the same chassis, dash. and engines. https://www.youtube.com/watch? v=AfWbc8WGQzU Step by Step video! Best of luck!
