Rough idle and stalling out

Shut off 5 to 6 hours when you start it it will get a
real rough idle sometimes it stalls you can't put it in
gear without giving it gas it's just bad

Need more info. Check engine light on? Does it smooth out after it warms up? Did you try to prime it? Play with throttle under hood and see what happens. You could have a broken vacuum hose or intake leak..maybe even head gasket if over heating

No it doesn't over eat there is a check engine light on it only does it in the morning when it's cold and then after he gets warmed up it stops new spark plugs and spark plug wires final position sensor mass airflow sensor high oxygen airflow sensor have all been replaced

Ok the only thing it can be is the intake gasket leaking. When the truck heats up it expands and seals the intake
