f350 wont start

f350 turbo deisel had high pressure oil pump installed and wont start even with gas rag or spray.It acts like not sucking air kinda and back fired

is it not turning and firing is the timing off

it is ing over but acts like timing off but it has gears so dont see how it could jump time
