If you can't get to it by pulling the glove box and air bag, you may have to pull the dash.

NO, I can't get to the part from glovebox. I am trying to remove dash but it is firmly attached to ductwork & ductwork is attached to steering column support. How do you get it loose? Thanks, panhandle.
