For clean and lightly lubricated threads - First: 30Nm (22 ft lbs) Second: 60Nm (44 ft lbs) Wait 10 minutes, retighten to 60Nm (44 ft lbs) Be sure to follow tightening sequence. (unless you want warped heads)
