Completely normal. Most engines temps are in the 195-205 degrees and the cooling fans kick on around 210 degrees.

You should see 190 in the winter because the thermostat doesnt open up until right around there. Also your low speed fan should cut on around 225 degrees and your high speed fan should cut on at around 235.

I'd like to add a suggestion. Use Mobil 1 synthetic engine oil, to handle the higher engine temperature.
