i changed my spark plugs @ 60 K, they came out very good. BUT watch when you put new, or the old plugs back in. Get some (never seeze,) at any auto parts store. coat the plugs 1/2 down plug. no more. and place a short rubber hose on the spark plug tip. this will HELP YOU NOT TO STRIP THE BLOCK OUT. and cross thread the plug. IT WILL WORK. I HOPE this is what you wanted to know? if not reply me.

Don't forget to check the gap on the new plugs to make sure they are right.
