The diagram is for manual hvac. Did you check the fuses? Also, use a test light to check for voltage at the fuses. In the diagram, the two outside fuses are hot all the time. The two inside fuses are hot all the time. At the blower motor connector, purple wire is voltage, black wire is ground. Take connector loose, use test light between those two terminals, key on hvac on, if the lite comes on, you have good enough voltage and ground for the test light. Any applicable hvac trouble codes? To check codes, yourself, you need an obd2 code reader that will work with your vehicle and can read manufacturer specific codes as well as p0 codes. Voltage and grounds are important.

If you can hear the blower motor running, then your actuators in the vents are toast. If no blower noise, verify you got the right "resistor". If you have manual climate control, it's called a resistor. If you have digital controls, it's called a blower control module, not resistor and is different. (looks similar though). If all good, I would then look to the pigtail that plugs into the resistor/blower module. These are famous for melting, and should always be replaced when replacing the "resistor". Should give ya a great start here.
