Try changing the selector to Def ... is the air any warmer? If it is than your Diverter door (mixer) is stuck. It may even work if you put the vent to blow lower (at your feet) . Once you get something coming out start to change the selector positions back and forth to see if it activates the vent door. This cold is really doing a number on these newer vacuum actuated systems .... Momma Mia , it;s a Frio!
